Thank you so much to all of our amazing clients for your understanding regarding scheduling of appointments for your four legged family members. Please know that the most important thing, is that if you have a specific concern with your pet, we are here for you and will do our best to find an appointment for you.
You are aware that for now, the practice building is closed at the moment and we will be performing either “car park consultations” or alternatively we can offer telemedicine consulting.

With regard to the current guidelines for the lockdown period, the intent and directive from SA health is to limit our movement in the community, as part of the push to get on top of this outbreak.
We need to play our part in this too. For this reason we are making decisions to temporarily defer routine healthcare services. We are also taking this approach, with respect to advice from our Veterinary Surgeons Board.

This will hopefully be temporary and we are assessing each and every situation constantly.

However, it is crucial that you indicate to us, about any specific concern which you believe is impacting on your pet’s health and comfort, so then we can ensure an appointment.

We are open and here to help. Please contact us in the usual manner so we can continue to serve you and look after your pet.

In light of recent government announcements, we advise the community that as an essential service, we will remain open, providing care for your pets!🐾
If your pet is booked in with us in the upcoming days, please be advised of the following:
- Please call us when you arrive from the car park and a vet will come out to you.
- Please wear a mask at all times. You will be guided by the team what to do next.
- We will call you if your appt is deemed non-essential & will require rescheduling. If you have not heard from us, your appt is still booked!
