The first living area has a 55 inch TV along with a blu-ray and CD player and a separate sitting area where people can choose to relax. The kitchen/family room is open plan with a spacious kitchen and an 8 seat dining suite that can be expanded to up to 12 people. A second TV viewing area in this room sits beside the kitchen. The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, ensuite, wall mounted TV and adjoining sitting area / nursery. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a wall mounted TV and the third bedroom has a set of double bunks and a single bed. A bathroom with separate toilet is located between bedrooms 2 and 3. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located in a separate unit adjacent to the garage. The unit has a separate bedroom with a queen bed as well as a games room (with a sofa bed), bathroom and laundry. The home has expansive living areas, country timber kitchen, reverse cycle air-con (3) and high ceilings, all complemented by beautiful timber architraves, and French doors.
