Our lovely Dr Ilane is giving 6 month old Cookie lots of TLC as he was feeling a little bit anxious about his desex procedure. 🐾

PSA: please ensure your pet’s tick prevention is up to date! 🐩 🐈‍⬛

Sadly, we are currently seeing many pets affected by paralysis ticks in our hospital every day 😓
This potentially fatal poisoning is easily avoided by ensuring your cats and dogs receive a regular tick preventative product throughout the year.

If you’re not sure about what preventative to use for your fur babies, please give our friendly team a call 🐾🙏🏽

It’s hard work feeding three puppies, and can really work up an appetite!

Little miss Poppy got her paws 🐾 on some dark chocolate at home last night and ate a life threatening amount 🍫 It doesn’t take much dark chocolate though for a little dog like Poppy, with only 50g being a highly toxic dose!

Thankfully, Poppy was brought in immediately for treatment. She, and her gorgeous three pups, are all doing well ♥️

Our patients come in all shapes and sizes. This beautiful boy visited us the other week for a procedure - weighing in at just over 80kg, there was so much of him to love 🥰 🐾

🐾 Spotted! A very cute Dalmatian puppy in our ward! This gorgeous pup was a star patient at our hospital last week and our team enjoyed lots of puppy cuddles 🥰

Did you know when dogs have two different coloured eyes, it’s called heterochromia? This unique feature is more common in certain breeds, such as Dalmatians, and has no effect on their eye sight
