Happy Fri-Yay furiends! 🥳

I've been at it again, this time managing to top my record and hold SIX puppies at once! Unashamedly and would totally have taken them all home if I didn't think it would result in a divorce 😂

It was a pleasure as always to have Motley Labradoodles visit us for our Puppy Social today 🥰🐶

Happy Friday night friends! We have some pawsome news for you, beginning in September we have a dog groomer opening up a salon at BB's! 🐩✂️

Our Puppy Palace space will be utilised as its original intended purpose again - only on the days that the Puppy Palace program is not running (Wed/Friday) - as a grooming salon. The lovely Liz from will be offering full grooming services on Mon, Tues, Thurs & Sat.

Liz has limited spaces available and is now taking bookings so get in quick!
A full day stay is reduced to $40 when receiving a pamper. 🙌🎉

Happy Monday night furiends! This week we are celebrating handsome Huey as our BB's ! 🥳 🐶
Huey has been attending doggy daycare with us weekly since our opening days. He is such a happy and playful pup, he helps newbies settle in and is such a tolerant player setting a great example for those younger than him. 💯🌟

This week's dashing is our heartbreak kid, Jimmy Valentino! 🩷

This beautiful boy had a rough start to life, having been born in a foster system. His new devoted family booked him in for doggy daycare when they adopted him and it has been a joy to watch Jimmy's confidence grow. Each week Jimmy comes into daycare with a bounce in his step and a smile on his face, happy to greet all his friends! He shares beautifully and really is a giant love bug! We woof you Jimmy Valentino! 💙🩵💙

She socializes beautifully and loves to wrestle, regardless of size, big or small, Sass will happily play with anyone who will play back! Congratulations on being our Dog of the Week Sass, we woof you! 🐶💙

Hi fam - firstly, I wanted to start off by thanking everyone who shared our lost dog post and a special thanks to those who were out ready to look for Cherry & Monster. This morning was truly a nightmare come true and the worst feeling I've ever had, not knowing where they were.

Now that the adrenaline has worn off and I can reflect, I also wanted to share how I found them with you all. As we live on the edge of the Otway Forest National Park, we walk them there frequently off leash. I knew that would be the direction they would have headed, so that is where I went looking. I drove very slowly with my high beams on, windows down, calling their names and using my sport whistle.

Now here is the important part - with how dense the forest is, and how far they had travelled, I am confident that the thing that drew them out and onto the road where they were found was the sound of the sport whistle. I have recall trained them to return to a specific sound. It was windy and raining and my voice would not have travelled as far as the whistle. I am so sure that this is why they approached the road, and that I was therefore able to find them.

They were both scared when I got them, Cherry paused and didn't approach me when I stopped the car. I had to crouch down and gently call her to reassure her it was me. So another important note that if your dog goes missing they will be in a high state of adrenaline and may not react normally so go gently.

I am sharing this to encourage you all to get a whistle and train your dogs to return to your unique call. I'm sure this is what saved our babies today.

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Both Matt, myself and the dogs are so grateful we have such an amazing community around us. ❤💙

(The gate latch is now securely fixed and on high storm nights the doggy door will be locked)!

FOUND!!!! I HAVE JUST FOUND THEM!! Out in the bush over 10km from home. Rattled and drenched but safe with me now. Thank you to everyone for your help. ❤️🩷

Hi BB's fam - I've woken up to find our back gate latch has broken overnight and two of the dogs are missing. I am beside myself with worry and not sure how long they've been out!

Cherry & Monster are both friendly dogs! They have no collars or harnesses on. They are microchipped! Please please call me if you find them or have sited them!
We live at the end of Barongarook Rd toward the Otways in Colac. I know it's a crazy ask but if anyone would be willing to come to help us look for them please reach out.

This week's dog of the week is my miss Diamond! 💎

Diamond has been coming to daycare for over a year and has earned the title of Best Girl Ever!
Diamond is a fantastic playmate and does a wonderful job including so many dogs in her play! She has so many friends and has such great social skills. She is a great model of appropriate play and her kindness is always so valued.
We love seeing you at daycare Diamond!
Well done best girl ever!!

Through no fault of her own, Molly is looking for a new family to call her own.

Molly is a 2 year old, female, desexed pure bred labrador. She loves other dogs and would do best with a doggy sibling. She is looking for an active family to include her in their daily adventures and absolutely loves the attention of children.
She is boisterous and playful so will not be suited for a home with children under 10 yrs of age.

She knows her basic manners and is house trained however part of her rehoming agreement will include a mandatory training course with BB's to assist with the adoption transition.

Axel is our amazing Dog of the Week! 🌟💙
Axel joined the BB's family just a few weeks ago and has already shown fantastic growth during his time with us.
Axel attended our Basic Manners class and graduated with flying colors! As an excited adolescent pup, we were so impressed to see him calmly sitting at a busy coffee shop with his owners and classmates.
Axel has been attending daycare and has really come out of his shell. He has made so many new friends and loves wrestling with the Big & boisterous crew!
We are so proud of Axel and his owners for their dedication to Axel's training, and are so impressed with his skills!

Handsome Hugo is our Dog of the Week! 💙

Hugo is not only an adorable little sauso, but has earned himself a reputation at BB's for being the goodest boy!
Hugo plays very nicely with all other dogs. He is a very calm, good-natured boy who brings such a nice energy to the daycare space. He is a highly valued attendee of the Wednesday small dog social and a big reason why our Wednesday's at BB's are so much fun!
The rest of the sausage dog crew are always so excited to hang out with Hugo and we appreciate him so much.

Marvelous Miss Maisy is our dog of the week! ❤️
Maisy has been having so much fun at daycare with us! She is such a happy dog and makes so many friends.
Over the last few weeks, Maisy has been attending Basic Manners 101 and has been an outstanding student. She has demonstrated so many new skills, and is doing a fabulous job focusing during class.
When moving through the facility, Maisy is demonstrating fantastic impulse control by sitting and waiting at doors before they open.
We are so proud of this smart girl and her progress! Keep up the good work, Maisy and fam!

The handsome Rory is our wonderful Dog of the Week! 🏆

Where to start with the things we love about Rory?! He is friends with each and every dog that comes to daycare. He plays so nicely with dogs big and small and is such a popular pup!
He has a loving family with some awesome human siblings who have done a wonderful job raising this boy! It is such a treat to have this happy boy as part of our daycare crew!
Rory is so polite with us humans, and is such a good-natured boy. He is a role model for younger pups and is a very valued member of the BB's crew!

This handsome boy is George, our dog of the week! 💙

George came to us as a crazy young pup, with lots of herding dog energy! Throughout his time with us we have seen him learn to channel his energy into appropriate play and socialization with his fellow pups. His manners with humans have also become fantastic, he is a wonderful listener and such a clever boy.
George has such a sweet nature and sets a fantastic example for his baby sister, Evie!
We are so proud of your progress George!

Happy friends! Today we're sharing one of the original gangsta's, Ollie! 💪 🐶
Ollie has been a long term friend of BB's, since back before we even opened doggy daycare and were just offering grooming services from our small salon at our home in Grovedale! 🥹 (We don't offer grooming now).
It is so special for us to continue to see Ollie weekly in doggy daycare and it has been a pleasure to watch him grow up into the handsome stud muffin he is today!
