**VET NURSES** - we need you!

Due to our growing vet team we are seeking more veterinary nurses!

Are you a dedicated qualified vet nurse looking for a kind, supportive team and a workplace that truly values you – not just the hours you put in? We’re a growing veterinary clinic in our beautiful, brand new, purpose-built space, and we’re on the lookout for a caring, collaborative veterinary professional to join our close-knit team.

What we’re looking for:
- A kind and compassionate qualified nurse who loves being part of a team
- Someone happy to handle nurse consultations
- A great communicator with a positive attitude – we’re all about
building each other up
- A team player who contributes to our warm, respectful and fun
clinic culture
- Some Saturday mornings would be required 9-1pm.

We must stress that at this time, we are looking for a qualified veterinary nurse who is able to work 24-32 hours per week with the potential to work full time if desired. This is a position that would encompass surgical nursing, clinical support, and some reception work. Availability to work early shifts would also be extremely valued.

A great team effort! Today, we had the pleasure of being part of the Launceston running festival! Between us all, we set goals and kicked them! A combination of 5km and 10km participation we conquered them both!

Being part of a lovely team is wonderful when we work together but to also get to enjoy fun times like this is just fabulous! For some, it was a first which is even more special.

A HUGE congratulations to this amazing team! Such an achievement! 🥳💪👏❤️

Meet the utterly delightful Hamish!! Today was Hamish's birthday and whilst he had to spend the day with us to have a special blood test, we tried very hard to make is an extra special day for him!

With nurse Tracey making a totally fabulous birthday hat and getting a very special birthday bandana we all wish Hamish a wonderful birthday.

A truly gorgeous boy who is an absolute delight to care for. ❤️

Today is World Veterinary Day. It is a day to celebrate all those who work incredibly hard to ensure all of our pets are looked after. This year's theme "Animal Health Takes a Team".

For me, it is a chance to thank all of the amazing vets at Pets Life who continually push themselves, strive for perfection and above all, care for all of our patients like they are their own. The hours that nobody sees and the time they sometimes have to give up with family or friends to put our patients first is is what makes them truly compassionate and right for this profession.

To the rest of our team.... our nurses! It is this support network that enables us to bring the best of care to all patients and we are forever grateful.

Please show my team some love. We could not be without them. 🥰❤️🩷
