Poor Coco was the catch of the day 🎣
After a quick visit to Pets Life, we were able to safely remove the hook and get her back to her family.

Sometimes you may wonder what happens when we take your lovely pets out to our treatment area. The obvious answer would be to do some sort of medical treatment.
However for our regular patient Delta, she likes to visit our “Chicken Room” which is where we keep all of our delicious pet snacks. She will lead us there every time and who are we to say no, when she looks at us like this!

**IMPORTANT**

To my dear clients,

Sadly our carpark and entrance will be out of action this week again. This is unfortunately due to issues that have arisen with the quality of the surface and it is being replaced this week.

This is obviously a huge source of disappointment for me and the team but it must be rectified as we have invested a lot into getting this right.

You will be required to enter through the door off Charles Street, where a member of staff will assist you and take you through to our usual reception area.

We would greatly appreciate your patience while this issue is rectified and we can resume normal life once again the following week!

Unfortunately due to circumstances, there is no vet available for afterhours only on Wednesday 15th July. We are open during the day as normal.

For Wednesday night only, alternative care would need to be sought and our only referral option would be in Hobart at the Animal Emergency Service 24/7 hospital.

Normal service of after-hours will resume on Thursday evening.

Vetchat triage service is always available for immediate contact with a vet on the phone by calling our regular number.

An incredible feeling to have made it as a finalist in the local business awards! We had no idea we had even been nominated!

Such a lovely surprise. A huge thank you for any nominations put forward for our team, it means so much.

There are lots of other fabulous businesses in our category so it just feels lovely to have made it this far in our short 9 years in business.
