How do I even start this post 🥲
As some of you know already, the day has finally come that Bundy’s Pet Services closes its (figurative) doors 💔
It’s been quite the journey and honestly I don’t have the words..
I started with the business in 2016, working under Lorri for about 2 years as a work experience student. When I graduated high school, she offered me a place to join her in dog walking, washing and pet sitting. Along the way we phased out the dog wash and brought in our popular live-in house sitting service and have made so many memories and friends along the way, two and four legged 💙
Since Lorri has moved on to become a qualified dog trainer (check her out, you won’t be disappointed with the results! The Holistic Hound Dog Training), I’ve been managing the business for a few years now. Unfortunately though, all good things must come to an end..
I am moving into FIFO, working on oil rigs all over the country. Definitely some mixed emotions flying around the last few weeks!
I want to thank you all so much for your trust, faith and kind words of commendation for our work - it means more than you could know.
I also want to give special mention to a few clients that have been with the business long term, probably going near on 10 years if I’m not mistaken?
Thank you to Juz and Brendon, we will miss Kyan and Gerri - but sure to meet again for play dates with Lorri and Bundy!
Thank you Peta, Izzie is the sweetest soul and I will think of her often. She always knows when I need a cuddle.
Thank you Antonina, I’m sure Leo will still be bounding with energy for at least another few years hahaha
Also a special mention to Jade, who also joined the Bundy’s team and since leaving has earned her degree in publishing 📚
Below is a canvas print that my mum had the idea of making for my 21st birthday, and I will cherish it forever. It includes a large portion of the animals that have come and gone along the way.
Facebook will probably decimate the quality but see if you can spot your fur, feather, or scale babies!
I also threw in a pic from Lorri’s hens day yesterday, congratulations lady hope married life treats you well!
And with that I guess I make my exit, thank you all again so much 🐕
Take care and peace out 🥹❤️🔥
