My Dog Grooming Story

Hi all, my name is Tina Kirstensen. I recently moved to Nova Scotia from Nelson, B.C.

I am thrilled to say that I am now currently grooming dogs at WAG Canine Rec Centre in downtown Amherst. Previous to this I owned a grooming shop in Nelson, B.C. for 10 years called A Hairy Situation.

I am now accepting new clients and have experience with all breeds. I can accomodate dogs up to 120 lbs.

Now in my 11th year of grooming, I love working with dogs just as much as when I started. Some of my favourite breed to groom are Golden Retrievers, Doodles, Border Collies, Airdales, Giant Schnauzers. Love the little guys too.!
