Happy July!

As most of my clients know I am officially on vacation starting today!

That means I will not be answering any messages or calls while I am away.

If there is an emergency or something needs to be canceled please call the store.

I will be calling anyone who left messages when I return August 1st!

‼️Attention Clients‼️

We appreciate everyone’s patience over the last few weeks.

Some people are aware Jenna has had a hectic few weeks. Unfortunately to top it all off, she has broken her hand.

As of right now she is going to be off for at least the next 6 weeks. Coming back she’ll be on an easier schedule load as she works back on regaining movement.

What this means for all of our other clients is we will not be taking any new appointments until August 1st. As I, Kelsey am the only groomer until Jenna returns I have to take on her schedule of dogs that already have appointments booked.

If you have an appointment with me, Kelsey before August 1st there is no change.

If you have an appointment with Jenna we will be reaching out in the next week to work something out. We will be doing our best to accommodate. ⚠️Please do not reach out to us, if your appointment is effected we will be in touch with you! It takes us twice as long if we’re answering excessive messages ⚠️

Once everyone who currently has an appointment is situated if there is any availability before August 1st we will post about it.

Please be patient.

‼️Hand stripping clients‼️
Jenna will be in touch with anyone who is currently booked but for the time being there will be no hand stripping as she broke her dominant hand and will have to regain strength and mobility.

I, Kelsey have a trip that was planned prior to Jenna’s accident there for from;

July 16th - July 31st

;there is no guarantee that anyone will be in the salon to answer the phone. The front staff will happily take messages but it may be the 1st of August before anyone is called back.

Who needs a white Christmas when you have a white Valentine’s Day?

As the snow has begun we just want to make sure everyone who has an appointment booked for tomorrow is aware that there could be cancellations.

We are keeping a close eye on closures and cancellations for schools and transit.

Unfortunately thanks to my own personal dog Millie who has absolutely no shame in her actions…what we use for our photo back drops is currently broken.

So we will definitely be without photos for a least a few days while we get fixed!

Happy 2023 everyone!

We are back and in full swing!

We want to thank everyone for being so patient with us returning messages and getting everyone booked in!

As we posted back in December our prices are changing with the coming year. This is the new guideline for our prices.

We would appreciate everyone who already has an appointment booked being patient and waiting till the day of their appointment to find out a more specific price then what is listed.

Dear wonderful grooming clients, it has been such a pleasure to work with you and your pets this year. Some of you for almost a decade! Thank you so much for the opportunity to care for your pets.

Due to the rising costs of doing business, we have made changes to the pricing structure. The changes will be made Jan 1st 2023 for new clients. But for you my existing clients the updated rate structure will go into effect starting Feb 1st 2023.

We will have a new updated flyer outside the grooming room with a simplified breakdown of the updated rates.

As always we are committed to providing your pups with the best and have some exciting new tools and products planned for the new year!

Reminder! we do groom some shy and nervous nellies! so only pups who are comfortable will be photographed. This is to insure that everyone who comes in has a good time. We still do our best to get everyone!
