We had to say goodbye to our Bug on Dec 29th. He gave us an awesome 18 years. He will be forever missed. So happy to have him back home with us ❤️.

After reviewing 2023 we are going to be adding some new policies to hopefully help with several problems we had. For the time being new clients will be by referal only. Here are the main issues we had and hopefully a solution.

2023 problem 1. New Cat bookings no show/no call

New policy: $20 nonrefundable deposit when booking cats. If no show/no call we wont book you again.

2023 problem 2. New clients no show/no call

New policy: new clients will have a 3 groom probation period. If they no show/no call within this period, they will not be booked again.

2023 problem 3. Regular clients no call/no show.

New policy: A $25 charge for no show/no call or canceling appointment with short notice. At least 24 hrs notice should be given, so we can rebook your spot. We will not book your dog again until $25 is paid.

2023 problem 4. Leaving dogs with us for more than an hour after groom is finished.

New policy: $15 dogsitting fee will be added to your bill if dog is left with us for an hour after grooming completion.
