Spring has sprung!🌷 It's important to start considering flea/tick medication for your furry friends.🐶🐱

Dr. Svorak graduated for the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in 2018, with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Svorak is working on a restricted license under direct supervision while completing her examinations to gain accreditation with the College of Veterinarians of Ontario. Welcome to the team!

Symptoms of Lyme disease can appear anywhere between three days to one month after being bitten by an infected tick and can include:

- A red, "bulls-eye" type rash and fever.
- Muscle pain, swelling of joints or lameness.
- Low energy and loss of appetite.
- Difficulty breathing.

If you think your dog may be suffering form Lyme disease, take them to your veterinarian immediately. This , speak to your veterinarian for more information about ticks, Lyme disease and prevention.
