LIKES:

Being active
A home with a flexible schedule (works from home, semi retired etc)
Positive reinforcement training- (needs helps on walks and basic manners)
A patient guardian who is committed
An experienced guardian who has had dogs before

DISLIKES:

Strangers (mostly men) (has stranger danger but warms up quickly)
Being left alone
Other dogs (can potentially make friends)
Having someone get her overly excited (she likes a calm and relaxed environment)

Separation Anxiety
Generalized anxiety
A positive attitude

Playful personality
Mild fearfulness
Dog reactivity

Twinkle needs a home that will allow her to decompress for a couple weeks before trying to work any training or gradual departure exercises.
