Earlier this week we said some bittersweet goodbyes to three of our wonderful RVN’s. Meg, Ali & Mel.

Some of you may have gotten to know them well over the last few years and we know they will be dearly missed by many clients and by the rest of the CVC team, too.

✨ 🦜 A day in the life at CVC! It’s not all dogs and cats! 🦜 ✨

This gorgeous parrot came to us recently with a tag uncomfortably stuck around its foot!

We tried to remove the tag conscious with no success, so after a short anaesthetic we successfully managed to remove the band and send the little one home, far more comfortable and out of the risk of injury.

Does your dog/cat have any new or old unascertained lumps or bumps?

For June only we are extending part of our lumps & bumps promotion that you may have already seen in practice.

This means you can book your pet in for a FREE nurse consultation, and if appropriate, one of our Registered Veterinary Nurses can take a small biopsy* in the consultation and send this to our partner laboratory for analysis. (Lab fees are chargeable and available on request).

Once the results are back with us at CVC, one of our Veterinarians can review results and advise whether or not it is appropriate to have the lump/bump surgically removed.

From this, a nurse can create an estimate of cost for surgery and you can make an informed decision about whether or not you’d like to have it removed.
