Please remember this is a small business and not turning up to an appointment can have a huge impact on the business.

Cancellation policy🚨

I just wanted to remind everyone of my cancellation policy, especially as we are now nearing Christmas and it is a very busy period!

Any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will result in a full charge of the service booked.

Being over 15 minutes late will lead to automatic cancellation of the appointment and full charge for the service booked as there won’t be enough time to complete the service.

I do send out reminders for appointments so if you have forgotten your appointment until you’ve received this and can no longer make it, please let me know asap after this.

I understand sometimes there are emergencies etc, which I will be considerate of😊

Main point of this post… please just let me know if you aren’t coming to your appointment🤣 thank you!
