Hi all!

A couple of updates regarding appointments -

From 1st of August I will be introducing late fees, there will be a half an hour window to collect your pooch, after that prices are as follows;
After 30 min - £6
After 60 mins - £12
If you hit the 90 minute mark - £18.

We are not a daycare and work on a 1-1 basis with your dogs. If i'm directing my attention to another dog for duration of another's groom then that goes against the 1-1 policy.

Secondly, I will be out of action from 7th august for a couple of weeks, as I have surgery coming up - I will be trying my best to rearrange poochies to the best of my ability and to suit yourselves of course.

Thankfully we have Laura back at the salon on a Wednesday morning beginning September 4th - she will be in from 8am so earlier appointments will be available.

This species only make themselves known every 4-6 months. A very rare sighting. 😆 Shout out to Rebecca and her family for keeping Otis in amazing condition, no wonder he's always smiling!!! 💓💓
