We are a newly built yard which has 10 - 12x12 stables in our newly built barn and a 40 x 20 outdoor school. we are only a small yard and want to keep it this way. we are child and dog friendly also, but please bare in mind this is a working farm although stables and fields are away from farm traffic. we have winter and summer turmout paddocks that useable all year round. we are also erecting a 50

m diameter lunge pen very soon. basic DIY Livery starts at £38 per week (stable, straw, turnout and hay) we are able to offer assisted livery and will offer full livery in due course. please call Marie on: 07740102062 for a chat and pop over to meet us

£25 a week summer (24/7 turnout)
I have a routine that works for all the horses here and myself - all horses turnout and brought in together. turnout between 5.30/6am and brought in 5.30/6pm can obviously do what you want in between these times.
Winter fields and summer fields
Own tack shed 6x4 with lights
40x20 carpet fibre school with lights
Jumps and high mounting blocks
Space for own trailer
Beautiful hay
Sawdust bedding (no limits, but no taking the pe**ee)
12x12 stables with rubber matting
Mixed herd with lovely horses
Must fit in with our current quiet lovely liveries.
Falladybank is a small private yard on a working farm with owners on site
