RIP you beautiful boy

Feeling a bit broken this morning after the sad passing of this beautiful boy Benji or Benny boy to me. I’ve been walking Ben every day for the last five years and we had built up such a great bond. He didn’t like many humans after being so badly treated before arriving in the UK, but he always loved his walks and paddles through a muddy puddle. I Feel blessed I got to share these moments with him and that he had one last paddle yesterday.
His amazing mum had worked so hard to give him the best possible life and without people like her rescuing these poor souls their life would end in fear and suffering. So if you can, rescue and rehome a dog, they really are rather amazing.
