Japanese Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients :
8 ounce cream cheese (or usually 1 block)
4 Tablespoon unsalted butter , melted (or ½ stick)
6 large egg yolk
⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour , spooned and leveled
1½ Tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup heavy cream (or whole milk)
1 Tablespoon lemon zest (about 1 lemon zested)
