2024 aims to raise awareness about the dangers of tick bites and how to prevent them, as well as promote safe and responsible behaviour when spending time outdoors. Suggestions for the prevention and treatment of tick bites include
1- Check your pets thoroughly after each walk
2-If you discover a tick, remove safely
3-Speak to your vet about using tick control products such as Simparica tablets and
Seresto collars
4.Cut back the grass in your garden to avoid harbouring ticks.
