Rex

We’ve had Rex come and stay with us, what a lovely dog he is. he’s loved having viv to play with and he loved being around ourselves and the children. He liked to try and sit on us even though he’s a big dog. We’ve had some nice walks, he was spoilt with treats. He settled in really well and enjoyed his holiday with us. Looking forward to having him stay again with us. These are my favourite photos of Rex 🐶

🐾 millie 🐾
Delighted to be looking after millie while her owners have gone on a much deserved holiday. We love having millie stay with us, the boys absolutely adore her and so do we. She likes coming to stay and is good as gold. Viv is also loved having a play mate to run around with. She’s been very spoilt on her little holiday with us and that’s what it’s all about when they stay with us. We will really miss you when it’s time to go home 🐶 🐾

Toffee & fudge
We’re delighted to be looking after my best friends guinea pigs while she got married in Cyprus, unfortunately we couldn’t attend but it made me happier knowing I could help her and have these 2 stay with us. We’re enjoying all the cuddles, being squeezed at everything we go in the kitchen wanting more pepper 🥰 the boys are enjoying hand feeding them with pepper and dandelions and helping me clean them out.

We don’t just do dog sitting, doggey holidays and visits we also do other animals 🙂 ❤️

We had beautiful millie stay with us last weekend, what a great weekend we had, she loved our little holiday with us, lots of cuddles, play time, lovely walks, and given us plenty of kisses. Boys adored her staying with us. Such a lovely dog and such a good girl. Thank you for coming to stay with us and her owners for choosing us to stay with 🐶 🐾

Had such a lovely day looking after Millie for the day, lovely long walk, lots of cuddles, lots of kisses, been spoilt rotten with some lamb and treats. So lovely to have you for the day and so lovely you settled in well. She’s Such a beautiful girl and a pleasure to look after, she’s amazing with the boys. PLEASE PLEASE leave me at home. It's not nice for me to run next to you. But because I am a loyal dog, I often go beyond my limits. And so I run beside you, stand still if I must. And feel my paws burn. I look at you for a moment, but you don't understand. Because in 5 minutes, we will be at the cool puddle, right? But those 5 little minutes can now just be fatal for me. Because I sweat through my tongue and feet and this heat I just can't reach it the puddle in time

I cook from the inside, but I keep going.....
And so I end up on the asphalt. In the heat and in the sun. With my tongue out of my mouth and my eyes blinking in the sun.
My feet burned my tongue dry and my head pounding from the heat that my body can't get rid of the heat
Don't brand the paw print!

Let your dog enjoy the sun, at home with a large bowl of water, a place in the shade. And best of all, preferably a cool patch of grass.

Just a reminder to all dog owners, please remember it’s very going to be very hot today ☀️ 🐶

It’s going to be ranging temperatures up to 31 degrees today it’s already going to be far too hot for the dogs to walk in this weather

Remember
if you put your hand on the pavement and it’s too hot for you it’s going to be far too hot for your dog to go for a walk ‘dogs can get burnt paws’ which will be very uncomfortable for your dog. even if you think it’s late evening or early morning it might still be too hot!

Better to be safe and avoid walks than to potentially make your dog very unwell or at worst die - a dog won’t mind a missed walk.

It was so lovely to look after beauty a while back now, her markings are beautiful. Now we’ve visited her a lot of times now she’s happy and has got used to her and allowing us to say hello which is lovely 🐾 c

Delighted to have looked after Milo while her mummy and daddy went on holiday for a couple of weeks, such a lovely boy and loves dreamies so obviously I had to buy him some to give him when I visited him. He loved me giving him a brush and a fuss when I visited 🐈 🐾

Delighted to be taking care of coco again while her family have gone on holiday. Coco is so friendly love popping in once a day to see coco and have a cuddle and check she has everything she needs. So nice I can come and do this in my spare time and coco can stay home instead of going into cattery as she’s most happier at home 🐈‍⬛ 🐾 ❤️
