Welcome to our magical jungle world! Let us tell you more about how this fabulous imaginary land

has been carefully designed and created with your little ones development at the very centre. and whilst our children were little we went to, and thoroughly enjoyed, a wide range of toddler music groups and from attending these groups we could clearly see how much our own children grew in confidence and developed their skills through the freedom of music. However, it was not only our children who enjoyed the groups, we did too. It was a chance to meet other mums, grab a coffee afterwards and develop friendships. Our own children are now at school, so we were ready to do something for ourselves. so, with a background in child development plus 7 years experience of working with young children between us and with our mutual love of music, designing something musical to develop babies and young children couldn’t have been more perfect! So…..we designed and created Jungle Jiggle, a music group and so much more… we have 6 wonderful jungle characters which little ones gravitate to, connect with, and have lots of fun with really quickly, its hard to pick a favourite! We have lights, bubbles, a magic pond, a hot air balloon and if that’s not enough there’s our music. Our music is all brand new, unique and written especially for Jungle Jiggle, all our songs are very catchy with a mixture of tempo and genres, be warned…. our songs are guaranteed to get stuck in your head! We have worked very hard but are extremely proud of Jungle Jiggle and the imaginary world for babies and young children we have created and our passion for developing children comes across in our classes. We run 2 types of classes,

Jungle Crawlers, this is a fabulous group for our lovely babies who are not yet walking. designed perfectly for little ones who are lying, rolling, sitting and crawling. Let your little ones curiosity get the better of them as they start to reach for things, track our lights, enjoy different textures and sounds and enjoy all the fun our multi sensory sessions have to offer

Once your little ones are confident on their feet they move into our Jungle Explorers sessions which welcome walkers right through to Pre School age. This is a very broad mixture of ages and abilities and really great fun. These classes and full of dancing, singing, counting, stamping, clapping, imaginary play and lots lots more. Carefully following the Early Years Foundation Stages we have designed both classes to develop your little ones fine and gross motor skills, first language skills, confidence, imagination and much much more,

Here at Jungle Jiggle we absolutely ❤️ running our fun, interactive musical sessions to give you and your baby some quality time together to enhance this valuable learning.

Our 10am babies session is perfect for our youngest audience. A multisensory session just for your baby to lie, sit, roll and crawl and explore the world around them and meet our jungle friends.

Our 11.15 sessions are perfect for energetic toddlers to burn off some energy. We dance, stomp, play instruments, pop bubbles and enjoy imaginary play with our jungle characters at every session.
(baby and toddler siblings are very welcome to come together to this session)

Our sessions have music written just for Jungle Jiggle and are perfect for developing your little ones early years skills, including movement, fine and gross motor skills and speech and language.

Our new term starts Tuesday 10th September 2024

We run on Tuesdays at Lyppard Hub and Wednesdays at The Masonic Hall

Where are all the children hiding???

Great fun at the first of our summer party sessions this morning.

It was so great to see old Jungle Jiggle faces as well as existing Jungle Jigglers and welcoming along little ones who had never been to a class before.

We trekked with Reggie the 🐘, splashed in Rosie the 🦩 pond, made a parachute snake and jumped on the HUGE mushroom!

I just spotted this app mentioned on another site which shows you where all the playgrounds are that are near you.

I’ve just downloaded it and it looks great, especially if you are heading out and about during the holidays to places you don’t know and are looking for somewhere to go where the little ones can have fun for free and get rid of some energy!!!!

What beautiful flowers and card from one of my wonderful little Jigglers who is moving on to pastures new.

The words in the card brought a tear to my eye as they were so beautiful.

I absolutely ❤️ this and this weekly dose of joy works both ways!

I feel SO privileged that you all choose to come along to Jungle Jiggle each week when there are lots of other wonderful groups to choose from.

I love seeing you all arrive with smiles on your faces and eager to find out which animal we will be having fun with that week.

We sing to the most fabulous unique music, dance, play, learn and have so much fun with all your jungle friends.

Now, a plea for pictures for an end of term reel. I took hardly any, but if you did please send them through to me and I will include your little one in a reel and show what great fun they have been having!!

We love the inquisitiveness and bustle of our toddler classes, however this week we enjoyed an unexpected quieter class than usual.

This gave our little ones even more time with our jungle animal friends.

This week we enjoyed feeding leaves to our wonderful Jeff the Giraffe 🦒 and this little lady was a little unsure to begin with.

We gave her lots of positive encouragement and her lovely mommy modelled how to feed him the leaves to show it was ok to do.

With some patience from the rest of the children and bravery from this beautiful little one she overcame her fear and before long was feeding Jeff lots and lots and LOTS of leaves!!!! 🍁 🍁

I am really looking forward to welcoming so many faces through the Jungle Jiggle doors next week as we start our new term!

Our new term starts on Tuesday 4th June at Lyppard Hub and Wednesday 5th June at The Masonic Hall. Both fabulous venues with lots of free parking and The Masonic Hall is a short walk from Worcester city centre.

This term we will be heading to the trees of the jungle and meeting friends such as Peepo the Monkey, Jeff the Giraffe and Tiki the Parrot!

Each week we will be enjoying our parachute fun, a variety of props and not forgetting bubbles!!

We run two groups,
10am - all babies
11.15 -toddlers to 3 years (baby and walkers welcome together at this session)

There are spaces left across our sessions but these will full up fast as we head into the weekend so please, if you haven’t already, get yours booked as soon as possible.

The Splashpad at Gheluvelt Park looks to be open! It might be a chilly one today but as the weather warms up this is a wonderful free day out for your little ones. Coffee kiosk and toilets next to the splash pad and a really great park with swings, slides etc just a minutes walk away!

What a wonderful last week of term we have had. Peepo the Monkey has been as cheeky as always.

There are no classes next week as it’s half term but we return on the 4th June at Lyppard Hub and 5th June at The Masonic Hall. Both venues have lots of free parking and The Masonic Hall is within walking distance from the city.

Our Explorers groups were so busy this morning exploring lots of instruments and making NOISE!!! They had lots of fun shaking, tapping, beating and drumming to get lots of different sounds. Look how amazing they are at using both hands when playing the instruments. This is wonderful for gaining core strength, coordination and gross and fine motor skills. That’s a wrap until the new year!! I just want to take this opportunity to say a HUGE thank you to each and every one of you that has been along to Jungle Jiggle over the last year, and the last 7 years!!! Running a small independent business isn’t always easy especially through the difficult few years we have had, but I am so grateful to you all for your support and your amazing smiling faces every week. I say this all the time that running Jungle Jiggle never feels like work and I truly mean that. I can’t explain how much I get out of seeing your children change, grow and develop and I thank you all for your trust in choosing me to start your little one on their early learning journey, no two sessions ever end up being the same but they are all great fun! One of the greatest things about running Jungle Jiggle is all the lovely stories I hear about what a difference Jungle Jiggle has made to your little one’s life (and yours). From being your weekly lifeline and sanity during COVID (you were mine to) to hearing how you still play the music in your cars years after you have left or when the kids aren’t in the car! To having to find the flamingos to see Rosie at the wildlife parks to doing jungle beep at home with dinner plates! THESE are the reasons I am so passionate about child development and Jungle Jiggle. I can’t wait to be back in the new year but for now I’m going to have a well earned rest and enjoy some time with my wonderful family, Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas, make memories, take lots of pictures and cherish every moment. What a great time we had this morning at our 2nd summer party! It’s always wonderful to see all your smiling faces as you come in through the door and I absolutely ❤️ the cuddles I get from Jungle Jigglers I haven’t seen for a while! When I said come dressed for summer for our end of term party you did not disappoint! 🕶️ 🌸 🌴 🐬 🏖️ What a lovely couple of days enjoying our end of term beach parties. It has been such a wonderful term welcoming our Jungle Jigglers each week plus lots of new faces. I am so lucky as Jungle Jiggle never feels like work, how could it with all these wonderful faces looking back at me every session ❤️ This term we are saying goodbye to some of our Explorers as they move onto nursery, I know they are going to be AMAZING! We also say goodbye to some of our Crawlers as grown ups head back to work 😞 Whatever your next adventures are I want to wish you all the luck in the world, and thank you for coming along and enjoying Jungle Jiggle and letting me be a huge part of your little ones early years learning journey, it is an absolute privilege. One of our fabulous activities we enjoy in our Explorers group (up to 4 years) is our washing line, where our wonderful children learn so many skills through hanging out the washing! ✔️ Hand strength ✔️Grip ✔️Coordination ✔️Choice ✔️Imaginative play To name a few! And one of our lovely mums mentioned what WONDERFUL QUALITY our pegs are at Jungle Jiggle! Well, they were researched very carefully to ensure they are sturdy, no visible spring, soft pads on grips, wide handles for better grip and colourful for choice. We had a fabulous conversation all about pegs!
