As a few of you know, our racehorses are often ridden during their racing career (variety is the spice of life, right?) Once they have finished on the track, they come home for a few adventures under saddle before finding new homes.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Harness Racing New Zealand’s Life After Racing Grant and Farmlands Co-operative for the feed voucher as well as HRNZ and Pongarosa Equestrian Centre for the hay, this goes towards helping these fantastic horses transition from the cart to the saddle.
