Very useful Carrier training information from International Cat Care 🐱
Going to the veterinary clinic can be a stressful experience for our cats for several reasons and one of the most common challenges seems to be ‘getting the cat into the box’
To help make this experience less stressful for our feline friends, we created a Carrier Training series to help you encourage your cat to love their carrier from the comfort of your own home and at their own pace
This is especially useful to start straight away as a kitten, so they are able to build lots of positive associations with the carrier and reduce this particular element of stress when travelling to the clinic in later life, as an adult
We have also applied subtitles to this series in several languages including Spanish, Italian, Chinese and more, to ensure cat owners worldwide have the chance to help all our cats to love their carrier as much as we love them!
