JUST IN: Cebu City Veterinarian Alice Utlang said irresponsible pet owners will be issued citation tickets starting next month.

Utlang said that they have already trained citation ticket officers.

Pet owners found to have not vaccinated their pets would be fined P2,000.

Meanwhile, a P500 fine would be slapped on pet owners taking their pets outside without a leash. | Futch Anthony Inso

Heat stroke can kill our furbabies. 😓
Dont go out with them if you cant keep them cool. Dont put them in carrier bags. You may have a summer cut for them to avoid over heating. Give them unlimited water too. Clinic wil be open at 9am til 6pm...you may visit us in cooler time or you may come here na naka aircon sila sa car.

INTERNATIONAL CAT SHOW IN MANDAUE

LOOK: Mandaue City is inviting cat lovers to participate in or watch the international cat show that will be held at the Mandaue City Cultural and Sports Complex on April 13 and 14.

About 80 participants from different parts of the Philippines and neighboring countries are expected to join the show.

Registration is still ongoing for those who would want to exhibit their cat. They would only need to pay P6,000 to join.

The public can witness the show for free. There will be different breeds of cats, including puspins.| via Mary Rose Sagarino
