Rx : remove the maggots with forceps and apply magkill on it or turpentine oil on it and hydrogen peroxide on it clean the wound with pyodine and apply dry pencillin at the end and continuously moniter the wound

could be one of many issues but the major issue would be parasites. External parasites such as lice ,mites and mange lead to hair loss in some or all areas (alopecia) .

Differential diagnosis

Infectious disease , internal parasitic infestation , mineral deficiency (more especially zinc), Vitamins A deficiency amongst others.

Lice will be identified by cattle rubbing against rough objects to scratch Infested area.

Treatment

As always is always better than cure.

●Improve diets with high quality legume
●Provide Vit A or Multivitamin supplement
●Provide Trace element supplement
●Adminsiter anthelmentics (Deworm)
● Administer antiparasitic drugs such as ivermectin or pour on dip such as delete or deadline
●Topical antimicrobial therapy rules out bacterial and yeast infections

Get a vet to Diagnose your animal and give appropriate treatment.

Re**al prolapse.... Mostly it occur during distokia, constipation, traction, bloat,etc by dilating the spincter muscles to cause this problem if it is cured within 24 hrs then its oOk but when it remains dry then prognosis chances are very low
Rx:
First of all wash with an antiseptic solution+normal saline to lubricate it then press the pr*****ed portion inside then suture with purs string suture...also use pain killer and oxytocin

clinical records: temperature 103’F with is almost normal and weakness ,less feed intake,hair fall, white conjuctiva means lack of blood and teat infestation,wound on ear
treatment :1) for temperature we use ketoprufin 3ml Im
2)anemic condition dry coat and hair fall with weakness is due to worm 🪱 so we use deworming Levamisole 10ml orally
3)for teat infestation we can use gentamicin or amoxicillin or penicillin group and healit spray 3ml IM
4)use avill 2ml to avoid allergic reactions

first clean the debris out properly with twisters and apply anti septic kmno4 solution on it then add dry penicillin to the wound and suture the wound properly use rabies vaccine also

removal of cancer eye (squamous cell carcinoma)

Procedure :1) restrain animal properly and give local anaesthesia: xylazine 2% solution of 10ml injection IM into orbit of eye at 3 sites
2) suture the upper and lower separately to open the eye cavity during extraction
3) cutting of periorbital fat with surgical blade
4) removal of optical stalk with blade and twizer
5) removal of eye tissue with complete cancer mass
6) use scissor to cut the cancer mass and now the dead space is ready to be packed
7) clean the cavity with cotton
8) packing with pyodine gauze
9) fill cavity with cotton wrapped by bandage
10) cover the area with cloth
11) antibiotics and painkillers should use after surgery
precautions : if more bleeding starts then cold water should be used or ice should be used. use surgical gloves
