After a Through Physical Examination , we decided to perform immediate Ovariohysterectomy this time on Gugo due to it's recurring ailment . Gugo , Underwent an Emergency Laprotomy at Waqas Pets Clinic . Dr. Muhammad Waqas , during Laprotomy Procedure found that Gugo was also suffering from Omental Paniculitis , therefore an Additional Partial Omentectomy along with an Ovariohysterectomy had to be Performed . Gugo's Abdominal Cavity had to Be Lavaged with Warm Sterile Saline 6-7 Times , to Clear The Infectious Pus Built up in her Abdominal Cavity due To Panniculitis .
