We are a fully active boarding and training facility located in Bedford, Va with a beautiful view of the Peaks Of Otter!

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for an open part time farm help position. Duties include feeding and watering, cleaning stalls, assisting with turning out of horses, and other farm related chores.

A suitable candidate should have reliable transportation, be available on weekends, and have experience around horses.

Charlie is a lovely thoroughbred gelding. With auto lead changes, he is a scopy jumper with great form over fences. A good mover on the flat as well, Charlie has been champion or reserve at most shows. A straight forward fun ride, Charlie is an honest jumper and does not need to see the jumps. Charlie is TIP eligible and best suited for a good intermediate to advanced rider. Priced reasonably in the low ✋’s starting with a one, but negotiable as the right home is a must.

Congratulations to Anneliesa King and Piper on their Champion honors in the Green Hunter Division at the House Mountain Horse Show. The pair won first and third over fences and secured the blue in the under saddle. Piper and Anneliesa also took a second place in the Stake class.

Congratulations also to Pamela Kosko Haskins and Charlie who also took home Champion honors in the Open Hunter division. Charlie secured two over fences wins and a second in the under saddle!

It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that last week Wallstreet Heir, better known as “Wally”, has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Owned by the Lemon family, Wally was that horse of a lifetime earning honors throughout SWVHJA and on the A circuit. He certainly earned his retirement years where he spent his days soaking up the sun and eating an unlimited supply of hay. We will certainly miss Wally and our thoughts and prayers go out to the Lemon family.

Rosehill Farm riders had a great show at the Va Commonwealth Games horse show at Liberty University. Both Anneliesa King and Jaclyn Clement walked away with Grand Champion and gold medals in the Green and Special Adult Hunter divisions. Holly Cotter Adams earned excellent ribbons in both the Adult Hunter and Pleasure divisions and showed beautifully at side-saddle! Congratulations Rosehill!
