Started my first plants of the season (heirloom cherry and beefsteak tomatoes) in the basement. Tomorrow I’ll be planting more seeds of other varieties. Hopefully I’ll have a good germination rate and I’ll be taking orders for other seedlings soon.

Pasta making day!

I’m making tons of spaghetti noodles do add to the pantry staples.

Yesterday I made 20 single serve instant soups (chicken noodle and creamy tomato basil) and packaged them in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. They are headed to the pantry shelves today.

Microgreens are planted along with some herbs. Fed the night crawlers some greens from the outside garden. More microgreens to plant later, for now it’s time for a break.
