Seeing so many animals in our area in need and the overwhelming number of feral cats, we started helping by providing TNR, vet care and sterilization to those in need. As we started getting more cats spayed and neutered, we were encountering cats with medical conditions that would make it impossible for them to survive outdoors. We created Mystery's Haven to give those cats a place to live and thr

ive. We care for upwards of 30 cats at a time providing all vet care, food, and shelter on our property. Our mission is to slow down the ever-growing feral cat population in our area by getting as many cats spayed and neutered as possible to stop the breeding cycle. We provide food and shelter for several feral cat colonies as well as providing food to their caretakers. covers all costs for TNR services and provides transportation back and forth from the TNR clinic through Capac Animal Guardians TNR Program. All donations are used to have local cats spayed and neutered, fed, and provide them medical care. We have several special needs cats that need ongoing medical care, surgeries, and extensive medical treatments. Update! The dog is at the vet right now. He actually sat on the needle rather than ingesting it. Surgery tomorrow to remove the needle. A dog hero came through and got this dog right into his vet who will make sure everything is taken care of. We should be all good here!

Does anyone have any resources to help a widowed woman get her dog life saving surgery to have a needle removed? They have tried Care Credit and Scratch Pay already. We are beyond tapped out right now and can't pay our current vet bills so unfortunately we cannot help at this time.

Any vets that take payment plans or resources that help with medical bills? 🙏

Happy "Nomday"! 🍣 See what we did there?

We feed a TON 🙀 of colony kitties, feral kitties, owned cats, foster cats, sanctuary cats, etc. We go through a ton of food. We have a few picky cats that refuse to eat anything but their special kinds. We have those foods on this list as well as Friskies which almost all cats like. This pretty girl Monica, is nomming like a champ! She recently got here after finding her way into a nice person's garage that was getting ready to leave and move to Columbia! Thankfully we were able to help out. Monica loves to eat!

Special foods we need for special kitties are Whiskas, Savory Centers, Applaws (all 3 flavors).

Say hi to Merry! Merry was living outside of the home of a nice elderly woman who was unable to bring her in. They got our info from our vet, to try and find Merry some help as she is a sweet girl, just shy. She was really struggling in the cold so we have her setup in quarantine, started her vaccines, dewormed her, and she got a revolution plus. She will be going to get spayed soon. ❤️

We are COMPLETELY out of the paper food trays! If anyone could send us a pack or 2 from our Amazon wishlist we would really appreciate it.

We were at distribution today and there was a scared dog with a bad eye and limping trying to find food and shelter. The KARENS didn't hesitate to come out and rescue her. We are so grateful! It's $5 Friday, any donations will go towards Simba's medical care. He is still hospitalized and not eating. The doctor was going to go over 3 possible options with Simba's owner, an xray study, exploratory surgery, and/or a feeding tube. I haven't heard what has been decided yet but Simba is feeling a lot better from when he was admitted. The fluids and antibiotics are definitely helping.

‼️‼️Simba needs your help! ‼️‼️

Simba belongs to one of our outreach families. He is at our vet now, under our account, with a possible bowel obstruction. His belly remains full and he is not eating. They will be performing surgery either later today or tomorrow at the latest.

We are already drowning in vet bills but Simba needed immediate help and our vet was willing to sneak him in at short notice (heroes).

We need donations called in directly to Animal Hospital of Lakeport at 810-385-3515 under Mystery's Haven. Please help if you can!

This beautiful girl is "Feather" she was living in a bush with 2 other adults and 2 kittens outside of the senior apartments. She has been here for almost two years and this is the first time she actually came over and sat anywhere near me. We were sharing some nice blinks and I think it was a big move in the right direction ❤️ My heart is with these kinds of cats and I believe they deserve a chance.

Umm, excuse me Cat Distribution System, but I think you have the wrong house. We didn't order another cat...

These adorable kittens are all awaiting their turn at the vet so that they can get fixed and find their forever homes! We have to get our emergency vet bill paid off before we can get these cuties in to be spayed/neutered. With what we have raised, we still owe over $3800. We are rescue backing these cute kittens for Kitty Club House and they will be available for adoption after we can get the vetting done. 🐈‍⬛❤️ It's Wishlist Wednesday! ❤️🐈‍⬛ Do you remember Old Gray from a few weeks ago? He went to the clinic for TNR but was very sick and they only wanted to neuter him if he wouldn't be going back outside as they feared he wouldn't survive. The other.option was to euthanize. He needed a lot of after care so we said he could live with us. He came in pretty feral but look at him now! Over the past couple of days he has really decided that he loves us ❤️ We love him too! We are so glad that we did not opt to euthanize. He seems so excited to be an inside kitty and retire from his days of wandering. He's about 10 years old! He is still in quarantine, dealing with some skin issues and diarrhea still. Once he's better he can join the crew. ⭐️Both cat trees purchased- thank you!⭐️We need 2 of the small cat trees from the Amazon wishlist. One for Old Gray and one for August (the kitty that was dropped off here). We just want to make their lives a bit more comfortable until they can come out of quarantine. August especially needs one to help her come out of her shell. She hides in her covered bed all of the time. We think she would really blossom a bit more if she has the cat tree. Our big boy Neko has his 2nd doctors appointment tomorrow. He's getting bigger and cuter by the day. Here he is having fun with his mousey toys and cleaning hims toes ❤️

These are the "vehicle" kittens! Carlos, the gray kitty, was found under a car (missing half of his tail) after a really bad storm all by himself. Chevy was in the engine of a Chevy truck all by himself! They are so cute, and happy to have eachother 💗 (These 2 already have a home lined up together after being fully vetted).
