I wanted to reach out to my loyal customers and any new/future customers and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced trying to book Posh Paws for grooming in the last few months. These times have been difficult for us all in many different ways.

As a small business owner I have to be absolutely certain that when I’m booking your appointment the overall “experience” is going to be as safe as possible. This has caused a limit to the amount of sessions I have available at Posh Paws per week. I apologize for any lack of communication in explaining the situation, I along with the rest of us have just been trying to navigate these uncertain times. I am working to catch up on messages/return phone calls as quickly as possible.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience but I cannot express how grateful I am for the support and understanding. I look forward to all your future visits!
