It takes an amazing barn family to get 5 mares and 2 foals ready for the Westfalen N.A. inspection. Once again we were thrilled to be a host site this year.
Thank you Paula for all the hard work. Thank you Peaches for all your work (braiding, grooming and especially running.) Thank to Danielle A. , Juli C. and Melissa W. for helping groom and move the girls.
But most of all, thank you the Westfalen team ; Otto Schalter, Ann Daum, and Jessica Kellner.
(Video of Crespina and now Premium foal Soonhari.)
Juna, Carmen and Bonnie in the new field on Monday.
Harvi showing Archie the ways of the ball. I think he’s finally thrilled someone likes it as much as he does. Note: Sammy is standing by me appalled by their choice of play today.
Yearlings Izzy ( Furstenball x Sempatico) and Genna ( Gaudi x Caligulla II) in their new field today.
It’s a boy! Meet Soonhari (Harry). Born on May 4th at a 9:47 PM. First day out.
Supremat OLD x Acordelli x Legendear I.
Again, Harvarti’s love affair with the same elk (notch in her left ear)
So this same elk has daily meetings with Havarti. Had to add a little Miss Piggy flair 🤣. Turn on volume.
Inter species friendship. Havarti and anonymous female elk.
3 year olds in their new field. In the lead Samosa ( Sir Gregory x Acordelli x Legendaer I) and following is Harvarti ( Hotline x Caligula II x Ragazzo)
Thank you Patricia Schaefer, Paula Bartolus, and Jessie Blumenthal for helping out at our first hosting of the Westfalen NA inspection. Also thank you to Heiko Severit, Carlo, and Marie from Westfalen Registry.
Genoise and Ethereal both got a premium! Ethereal, Dashi and Gretchen are in Mare Book I.
At almost 4 weeks, Genoise is getting bold.
First outing for little Genoise yesterday! And mom feeling a little frisky.
Last night Carmen decided to release her hostage at 9:55 PM. Introducing little Genoise! ( Gaudi x Caligula II x Ragazzo)
