I just wanted to post an update about the kittens. I had said in the last post that Lamb Chop and Peep were going home together. The person who was going to take them changed her mind (which is totally fine). I want everyone to be happy and not bite off more than they can chew. It didn't have anything to do with the kittens or personalities. Any animal is a big commitment and I am totally understanding of that.

12 week (and last) pictures. I worked these up a few days early because they are starting to go home. I chose fireworks both for the 4th of July, but also because it is independence day for Maggie 🤣.
Thanks to everyone who looks at my photos and comments each week- it really means a lot to me. I love photographing these sweet babies and watching them grow each week. And, I hope our new parents like having some pictures as well.

Some updates on this litter-- I forgot to mention last time that Thumper's new name will be Walter. What a great name for this little guy....it totally fits him. He is just like a sweet little old man.

Disclaimer: These kittens did not turn gray this week. I did de-saturate their body color while leaving their eyes fully saturated. Someone last time accused me of false advertising the color of the kittens because I used black and white photography. I just love photography and art, and I like to try different things with the kittens.

8 Weeks! Well, I have to apologize for the pictures this week. I wasn't really thinking about the fact I would be posting these on Memorial Day. We had our first vet visit yesterday for check-ups and shots. I can't say enough about the clinic we go to. Farr West Animal Hospital is so wonderful. The doctors are so knowledgeable and the techs are so caring. Love this place!

6 weeks old! We had a great week....busy, but great. They are all so sweet, I needed to bottle them so I could save them for later 😉. They are all doing so well and getting the hang of life. They are the cutest little climbers. They always have a contest to see who can climb the highest up my leg while I am cleaning or getting them food. They will even pull each other down so they can climb the highest. 😂

5 weeks old! We had a busy week with learning how to eat and learning how to use the litter box. They are all doing really well! They sure are smart little cookies. Anyone else getting excited for the Mantua poppies? I don't know what is more beautiful than a field of poppies. 12 week pictures! I am so sad that my time with the kittens is almost over. I have enjoyed this process so much!! 11 week pictures. All of these paintings are so beautiful, but I just felt that the artists forgot something. I took it upon myself to add what I thought they were missing. Just like a Sphynx can spice up a painting….they will also spice up your life! I know I said I would never manipulate skin color or eye color, but this week to make the kittens a part of a painting, some have had their color extra saturated, “oilified”, or crackled (just so you know).
Alexandria the Great has found her forever home. Her name will be Daisy. What a perfect name for such a beautiful girl with a big personality.

4 gorgeous male kittens are now available!! These sweet babies are ready to find their forever homes. They were born on the 28th of June, and they will be ready to go on the 23rd of September.

**Tivali has a fun, rambunctious personality. He is very sweet but loves to play. (Elf ears standard Sphynx with blue eyes)
**Luxor Lucky is very sweet and affectionate. He likes to play, but I think he prefers to be on my lap. (Standard Sphynx with green eyes)
**Blue Nile is very sweet and very playful. He seems to be curious and he is always on the go. (Standard Sphynx with blue eyes)
** Bomani Blaze is very sweet and loving. He likes to play with the others, but when I am in the room with him, he would rather be on my lap. (Standard Sphynx with blue eyes)

Both parents have amazing personalities and are stunning. The parents are HCM scanned Negative (Scans done spring of 2022). Maggie has also been fully genetically tested.
All kittens are litter box trained and have been heavily socialized. They have been around young children but have not been around dogs. They have all had weekly baths, ear cleans, and nail trims. All our kittens see the vet at least twice (more if necessary), will have two sets of shots (FVRCP at 9wks and FVRCP and FELV at 12wks), and have been dewormed 3 times.

Our kittens come home with a full package of goodies that include:
*A new best friend (of course).
*Rights to weekly portraits (without name on picture).
*A 5 lb bag of dry food and 12 cans of wet food.
*Blanket (that smells like mom).
*Toys
*Shampoo
*Nail Clipper
*Whatever else I decide to buy for them lol.
*$refund when proof of spay/neuter is provided by 7 months of age (as per contract).

9 weeks old! I'm so excited about the pictures this week! I love doing these types of photos with animals, but I was waiting for the kittens to get just a little older. Also, some great news...Cleopatra Catra has found her forever home. She will be going to a very special family and her name will be Rosie. I am excited for her adventure to begin!❤️

After speaking with a few different vets, we will be changing the terms of our kitten contracts. Their health and safety are our top priority. I originally thought that the kittens would be able to be safely spayed and neutered at 14 weeks and while this can be the case for a lot of medium/heavier cat breeds, Sphynx do not reach the optimal spay neuter weight by then. I was going to keep the kittens until this time and have them all spayed and neutered before going home. It is healthier and safer for the kittens to wait until they are a little bit older (so they are around 5 lbs).

With that being said, we will be sending kittens home at 12 weeks (unless they are not ready) and once the kitten has been altered (required by 7 months of age) and proof is provided, $100 will be returned back to you. Once the kittens are fully weaned and become adventurous they really start to bond with their humans and it can make going to a new home later, harder for them. This is especially the case with Sphynx as they are incredibly people oriented. If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

We have 7 week old aliens! These adorable aliens are getting so big and rambunctious.

Just on a side note, I use a form of Photoshop to create pictures of these sweet kittens and document growth, color, markings and eye color. I want you to know that while I try with lighting to make each kitten look like part of the picture, I would never manipulate eye color or skin color. I really want you to get to know these babies through pictures and I would not be deceptive about the way they look.

When I was looking for my cats, I got so tired of breeders' horrible pictures. When I came across Jensen Sphynx, I thought it was so neat that they took really great pictures every week so I could actually see my kitten. Anyway, whether someone is looking for a kitten or just on my page to view adorable kittens, I am happy to be creating pictures for everyone to see.

4 week pictures of the kittens. They are getting so big and their little personalities are really starting to show. Luxor and Bomani are the more quiet boys-they just want to be snuggled. Blue and Tivali are a little more rambunctious. The girls are really sweet and snuggle any kitten who is alone and shaking. Little Cleo always has her mouth open-I think she is going to be a talker.
