PLAYFUL AND ADORABLE

Hi! My name is Angus! My approximate date of birth is 4-4-2024. I am one of my foster mom’s alphabet babies. She had so many at one time, a total of eight, that she gave us initials until she got to know us! I was the first of a bunch of seven that my foster mom picked up out of the carrier. Seven of us came from a barn where we were found undersized and under-nourished. I was a good size and still am, that’s how I earned the name “Angus”. I love to play with everything and anything but most of all another kitten. I’m a super good eater. I’m good with everyone, children, adults and seniors. It would be best to be in a home with another kitten as I am high energy and need a playmate 24-7. I’m still in my foster home but I would be happy to meet you at the Rescue!

Umi and Zumi are so special bc they are like yin and yang. Their birthday is 2/1/24 approximately. Umi is a female brown tabby and white cat. Zumi is a male tuxedo cat. They fit together so perfectly. They are looking to stay together and share a lifetime of love and play with the perfect family. Zumi was born with a skin tag on his inner third eye lid. It was removed during his neuter and the vet reported there is no damage to his sight. Zumi lives up to his name fast and agile he is definitely a squiggly lover boy. He gives kisses and loves attention and any type of toy he can get his paws on! Umi is just as playful she loves playing and chasing her brother. However, Umi melts in your hands and loves attention just like Zumi just a little less squiggly when being held.They will bring joy to any loving caring home they enter, but will need a home with people that understand they need some training as they are still kittens. They do know their names and have been responding to their foster's verbal "no down" but will need more work. They absolutely love their foster family's chihuahuas and are used to barking from dogs.

Meow! My name is Amethyst. My estimated date of birth is 4/26/2023. I am a loving and gentle kitty, who is shy at first but warms up rather quickly. Meet Bluebelle!

We were contacted about this poor 7 year old girl whose owner could not/would not properly care for her. This sweet senior girl is ready to let her light shine and find the home she so desperately wants and deserves. Bluebelle gets along great with children, and has done well with her caretaker’s boxer. She knows basic commands such as sit, and give paw. She walks well on a leash and listens well. She is a very loyal dog, who loves her people, and anyone she meets. She does have a history of roaming so she will need a home where she can be appropriately confined in a fenced yard where she is not left alone long enough to get bored and curious. She has now been vaccinated, spayed and had a two non-cancerous masses removed. She is finally healed and ready to find a home of her own! Meetings with her can be arranged with approved adopters. QUIET AND SWEET

Muffin would love to find a forever home in a quiet household that would allow her to be the only cat or with only non dominant cats. She is very timid around other cats and needs a home where she will have her own dedicated space. Touch: Muffin loves to have her pets on the ground she loves to rub up against her humans legs with her beautiful long tail. She loves her back and top of head pets and scratches she loves long strokes all the way down her tail. She has gotten a lot better with trusting to be picked up and held for a short time. Muffin likes to lead you to her favorite safe spots for her loves. Muffin does not enjoy being brushed but she will allow it while being held on one arm and brushed with the other. She also likes to be up high on a cat tree and talked to softly. Play: Muffin is extremely playful and athletic, she needs a family that wants to play with her. She loves all kinds of toys but her favorite play is chasing and jumping with a bouncy rod, she loves feathers and bells on them. Muffin can jump very high off the ground like an athlete! She is incredibly fast and strong with her play. She loves chasing strings or laying on the floor rolling around and batting at the strings. She is obsessed with her automatic chaser toys, string wands and bouncy wands, she also loves her toy platypus!

TWINKLE is an all-around good girl. Her approximate date of birth is 10/2/22. She is affectionate and one of the smartest kitties we ever fostered. She loves being spoken to and eye contact with her family. She loves wand toys, string and automatic laser toys. She is doing very well with her indoor harness training! TWINKLE would be a great fit for a family looking for a sassy, smart, sweetheart of a girl! She would do best in a home with respectful older children. Touch: Twinkle loves to have all the face rubs and chin scratches. She likes her back stoked but not scratched and butt pats. She prefers to not have her sides, or her belly petted. Gracee is a silly playful girl who loves attention. Her approximate date of birth is 9/1/2017. She was a very good mom to her kittens 2 of which have been adopted and 2 that are in foster care with her. She is good with dogs and is used to a busy household. Gracee is a super clean kitty who loves looking out windows and scratching on the cat trees. She would be a great companion for any age! Touch: Gracee loves to be on the ground or on the couch to receive her pets and attention. She loves her head and chin scratches the most but also likes her tail and butt scratches. She will roll over for belly rubs and generally likes being touched all over. Gracee loves being brushed. She is working on building trust to be held in our arms while standing. Play: Gracee is a master at circles! She has tons of energy and loves to play with toys but she can go super fast without getting dizzy we are all very impressed with her skill! She prefers to chase plush toys on wands. She loves to follow the toys above her head rather than on the floor and she loves our automatic laser robots with the teaser feathers. She will carry/drag the plush toy wands around the house.

Meow! My name is Mr. Tibbs. My approximate date of birth is 6/16/23. I used to live outside and had got a broken leg. One day this lady tricked me and caught me in a live trap and took me to the vet. The vet had to remove my mangled leg and Forever Love Rescue decided I didn't have a good chance of survival back outside with only 3 legs, so they took me in. I am hanging out here at Kitty Corner and the volunteers here are being so patient with me. I have come such a long way with my socialization since being in intake in December 2023. I will vocalize and let you know I want attention. I love to be petted and have my ear scratches and am beginning to feel comfortable with people I don't know well petting me. I do enjoy my cat friends and hope I will have at least one new friend in my home. I enjoy food and toys, so I hope my new parents have plenty!!!

Meet Angel!

Could she be your one and only??? This sweet 3 year old pittie girl almost lives up to her name every minute as long as there’s not another pet around. We aren’t sure if she would be aggressive per-say but she does get extremely anxious around other dogs. Small dogs and cats seem to be a no-go at all. Due to these anxieties, we recommend a home with a fence where she can’t see neighbors and roaming critters. Because of her strength she would be safer in a home without young kids that she could knock down. We would love to find her a home where she can shine! She is a total couch potato most of the day. She does love her toys and her babies (stuffed animals) and will play with them in the yard or the house whenever the mood strikes. She loves to go on car rides and on quiet walks. She has no problem hanging out at the office all day and greeting random visitors. And she is the best snuggler at night! We keep saying that she would make an awesome companion for a truck driver!!! She loves food, treats and toys. She does almost anything on command. She enjoys a quick trot through the privacy fenced yard but quickly comes back to follow her new temporary momma around while she does chores. She is content to be almost anywhere her people are but also behaves while they are away if she feels safe and cozy where she is.
