Fellowship is hosting an AA clinic and we had a fantastic first day. Sinclair Martin riding the amazing Valentino (owned and shard by Kaitlyn Lingard) was the star of the day! After showing Sinclair what proper leg yields feel like, Angela hopped on and Tino reminded us of his piaffe and passage days back in the Grand Prix arena. It was fun to see a horse go from a stabilized, training level frame to collected work at the upmost with a rider with more riding education. What a horse! What a treat! Thank you everyone for making today such a great clinic with a wonderful learning atmosphere. Thank you Heather Mehal and Angela Halloran Smith for superb instruction to all!

Yesterday we said good bye to our wonderful friend BO. He was the most like Jesus I have ever seen in my life! He was so incredibly dependable, kind, generous and loving every single day. He was Rambo’s best friend and they were inseparable. Our hearts hurt to not touch him and love him in person but we know Jesus is thoroughly enjoying his company. Enjoy heaven Bo. I know you are there.

Way to go Patty Moise and La Fe Fair Red on high score training level and high score AA pair at the Carolina Horse Park this hot weekend. Patty earned a 76 and a 75% and looked relaxed and happy the whole time!
We had a fun crew of 8 combinations trying our luck at horse showing. Angela H Smith and Evert earned 66 and 67%’s at second level, while Elizabeth Fink and DerMondschatton HVH won at third level with a 69 and 65%. Lynn Thompson and her beautiful Desert Queen graced the arena after a year off for a fun 65% at third level. Christiana Anthony and Shuffle the Cards made a great come back after a year and a half out of competition as well as Cheryl Fink and Unabella, Angie Cusick and Brook as well as newcomers, Laura McKenzie and Arlo. It was a fun, rewarding and hot weekend. Thank you Cassidy Sutton and Patti Hildreth for another great dresssge show at the Carolina Horse Park.

Congratulations to Reyna Filarski for earning her last scores for her bronze medal on Ashley Steven’s beautiful Electra. A pair of 65%’s for the first time at third level was super impressive. Elizabeth Fink and her big boy Der Mondschatten HVH also got a 65% in third three to earn their second qualifying score for regionals.
And it was fun to have brand new mama of twin boys, Kaitlyn Lingard back out with us on her very, red headed Javalite gaining mileage at fourth level.
Thank you KAY WHITLOCK and BO BELTON and the countless other amazing volunteers for making Dressage in the Sandhills so special for all of us. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY !

Congratulations to Angela Halloran-Smith riding Evert to win both classes again at first level with over 70% at WEC.
Claire Turner and Elizabeth Fink also rose to the occasion and secured 3 blues out of 4 classes in third level.
It was a real treat to show at such a prestigious place with all the bells and whistles. And it was an especially fun treat for me to have Rambo out after all these years to have fun! He won both fourth level tests 1 with a 70 and 69.7 %. What a blessing to be able to do what we love! Thank you Teresa Uddo and the incredible staff at WEC for such an incredible opportunity! The details and amazing staff at every corner make this an impeccable and memorable moment in time. Many thanks to everyone involved.

Thank you Kevin Bradbury and all the staff and volunteers at the Raleigh Dressage Show for putting on such an awesome event. Angela Halloran-Smith and Evert won both days at first level test 3 with a 74. & 73 % in the Open division. All of our Fellowship rider’s brought home blue ribbons and scores high enough to earn medals in every class! Congratulations to Claire Turner for winning both 3rd 3’s in the AA division with a respectable 65 and 66 % on her beautiful and hard working Balthasar Olympus. Claire and her beautiful Emma 2.5 yr old and Faye, 4 yr old daughter flew over from Bermuda to enjoy the fun! Claire was also the recipient of the Newcomer’s Award.
Reyna Filarski aboard Ashley Steven’s, Electra scored a huge 69% at her first ever second level test. Elizabeth Fink on Der Mondschatten HVH also won blue and scores for her bronze medal at their first time out at third level.
Ivy Ledonne enjoyed every stride on Kari Delligatti’s wonderful Don Deconis Kai to win the blue at third 1 in the open division as well as Shelby Lynch clinching a nice score and successful ride in second level on the spicey and beautiful Romielle.
It takes a village and we are blessed to have a great team! Go team Fellowship!

Super fun evening at the NCDCTA gala last night! Congratulations to our own Elizabeth Fink for her placing in the first level Jr/YR’s year end awards. It was an honor to speak on Wiriana’s behave to accept her Lifetime Achievement Award. I wanted her to go in the resort so badly but I knew it wouldn’t be a possibility 😱. It was an honor to celebrate everyone’s personal achievements but especially fun to cheer on Kay Whitlock for her amazing commitment to horses, riders, NC development as a growing horse community and so much more. Congratulations to all!

Super fun costumes today at Fellowship! Way to go riders, parents and horses for coming up with such creative yet safe outfits. Biggest congrats go to Chaya on Lena for her Bumblebee / Flower suit and to Eve on Astro for being a delicious hotdog! It’s nice to have some fun on a beautiful day as this. God is so good!
