The Asunta is showing off again! One of 3 current blooms, with 28 more set to open soon across the twelve plants in the greenhouse. More fruit on the horizon! 🤩

The pitayas continue to impress, but tonight we have a SPECIAL treat! The white blooms are out traditional varieties, while the fuchsia bloom is the FIRST on our asunta #3. We're so excited!

Madison picked a second variety before we feasted on the big pink. So much variation in size, color, and taste, but loving ALL these varieties of pitayas! Never a bad dragon fruit when they're fresh from your own green house 🤩

First fruit off our "unknown pink" variety weighs in at a healthy 1.16 pounds. Gonna let this one chill overnight, but look forward to tasting tomorrow!
