Egg and I had a great time at Champagne Run at the horse park! Not our finest outing but educational and exciting to be at the horse park for the first time

Had a fun little trip down to earlier in the week to help get the pieces in place

A huge thank you to for helping make this weekend possible

34.1 in dressage and a double clear xc make up for the rails in show jump in my mind, we know what we need to work on so now it’s onwards and upwards 💪🏻💪🏻

Egg is going to enjoy a little vacation and Nala will come out to YRDP to see everyone this coming weekend

Slightly less busy June for the team this month!
Won’t say I’m in love got pulled from the Beginner Novice squad and won(!!!) his first prelim CT! He was an absolute trooper in the heat and blew my expectations for the day out of the water
On the same day CMF Realta went and did her first Beginner Novice, had a respectable dressage test and then a double clear show jump to finish up in 8th in a very large division!

Manners Maketh and I then made the trip to Louisiana the next weekend for the USEA EA21 clinic at Holly Hill. It was a super educational experience and I feel so lucky to have been selected again this year

Not pictured is Manners Maketh and my weekend at YRDP with Holder Event team at Otter Creek farm in Wheeler Wisconsin, another fabulous weekend of learning from the best 🤩

I had an absolute blast piloting Ingvill Rambergs CMF Realta and Tatum Grays FourFields FireStorm (not pictured) around the NEH and YEH 5 Year Old this past week. Both were absolute stars and completed the event with ease🤩🤩🤩

I managed to find time to fit WL Raining Men in for some fun practice with surcingle and bridling

July will be full of travel and fun!

Very busy start to the season for us the last few weeks!
Manners Maketh and I attended YRDP first weekend in May at Carriage house farm for an incredibly educational weekend with Holder Event Team

The following week I piloted CMF Realta, owned by Ingvill Ramberg, around an equally educational clinic with Cannon Equestrian.

After Laura competed in the Woodloch Stable eventing derby I went and pick up the newest member of the family M.T. Express who has made herself right at home

This past weekend we headed to Otter creek farm to compete in the spring horse trail, myself in the PT with Manners Maketh and Laura with Won’t say I’m in love in the beginner novice. Both boys put out lovely dressage tests, great cross country rounds and confident show jump rounds to finish in the ribbons. Herc and Laura were 6th in their large and competitive JBNR division and Eggsy and I were 3rd in a tight PT

Looking forward to a dressage show this weekend and then a combined test the next!!

Laura and Herc completed their first event together at the Woodloch Spring Eventing Derby Schooling Show! Herc took Laura through her first beginner novice event, the pair scored a respectable 35 in dressage and had one green rail in the jump phase to finish out fourth!! I’m so proud of how hard Laura has worked over the winter getting to know Herc and I can’t wait for them to storm around the beginner novice next week at Otter Creek Farm!

Very delayed post but Manners Maketh Aka Eggsy was in top form for our first P/T together before we make the step up to training. We finished with a clear jumping xc and rider rails in the show jump to come 5th in a competitive division

Jonelle Team Price is the inaugural winner of the ‘Avebury’ Trophy in 2022 👏👏👏

The Avebury Trophy is a new prize at Land Rover Burghley. Generously donated by Rosemary and Mark Barlow, owners of three-times Burghley winner Avebury, it is awarded for the best cross-country round of the day, as judged by Capt Mark Phillips.

The trophy is presented to the rider who makes the course ‘look easy’. None did this more so than eventual fourth place finisher Jonelle Price aboard the evergreen 19-year-old Classic Moet who were the only ones to achieve the 11 minute 20 second optimum time over Derek di Grazia’s track.

Jonelle and Classic Moet have been to Burghley three times now and have never been outside of the top 5, quite an incredible record.
