Our matriarch Sammy had her big 8th Birthday yesterday…she got extra greens, her meds (pain meds for arthritis & antibiotics for an abscess) plus some grooming & love😂

Well if you wonder if vets take their pets in to the vet, we do. This is a hard post to write. Sammy has an abscess which is SUPER hard to treat in rabbits. We are doing pain medication, antibiotics, syringe feedings, subQ fluids & warm compresses. She’s just 1 month shy of her 8th birthday. It’s been really hard not seeing her be her sassy self.

Charlie did NOT want to follow me to the garage to go to bed. I think he’s officially put in his request to be a house bunny! You can’t hear me but I’m calling him & he ignores me then flops down🤣🙄🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️.
