Here at Luigi’s Aviary Parrot Rescue, all birds that get surrender for any circumstances will get a full blood work. All birds will get tested for PBFD, Polyoma, Chlamydia, Pachecos and DNA. We want to make sure every bird we take in is healthy. All birds are placed in a quarantine room till we receive the results of their blood work.

Our goal is to rescue parrots and other commonly domesticated companion birds who have been neglected, abused, injured or surrendered to us because their owners can no longer care for them. To accomplish this goal, we do the following:
Provide medical care and safe, healthy, for the rescued birds we take in.
All birds get quarantine until there results come in. We get all birds tested for PBFD, Polyoma, Chlamydia, Pachecos and DNA.
Take in and rehabilitate injured or sick parrots.
