Beginning May 2024 these changes may affect you! 🐾

I recently noticed a large inconsistency in my prices. I would like to help keep things flowing smoothly and fix the gaps before it causes any problems!

If these prices are different than what you’re paying currently, I will be reaching out to you before May!
For any new clients, clients booked or if you’re looking to rebook, this may affect you!

Hey guys! Spring is coming and I am getting pretty busy!
Currently I am booking about 7 weeks out! If you’re able to, booking ahead at your appointments really help to guarantee you’ll get it when you want in, while also helping me establish my schedule!
I appreciate all of you so much, and while I am still taking new clients my OGs will get first dibs on upcoming appointments!

I have to set a few new guidelines for 2023.. Please understand that although this is my passion, it is also a business. I don’t make money when I have no shows and last minute cancellations.. 😩

Last minute cancellation/call no show fee (per dog)
🐾First time- Warning
🐾Second time-25% of the appointment paid to rebook
🐾Third time- Full appointment paid at the time of scheduling, non refundable. This will continue indefinitely
(If you’ve no showed in the past 6 years, you have a clean slate)

Late appointment fee
🐾 If more than fifteen minutes late, you can still have your pet groomed for an additional $10 but if time does not permit in my schedule for the day, the appointment will be canceled and considered a no show for the future booking.

Late pick up fee
(Unless specified at time of scheduling)
🐾$10 added to your grooming bill for every extra hour that your dog is kept at the salon after being finished
With such a small salon, dog fights and overcrowding would happen quickly. I carefully schedule one on one appointments to ensure that doesn’t happen.
I always give a time quote at drop off and text/call 15-30 minutes before your pets are finished to help keep things moving smoothly. I only ask that you guys give me the same respect moving forward!

There will also be a small fee when using credit cards, venmo, paypal or cashapp to check out. 2% of your groom will be added to the overall price

Warmer weather is finally here, and I couldn’t be happier.. But with the temperature rising I am getting a lot of messages trying to schedule to beat the heat and mud!
Please do not hesitate to schedule your appointments now, because I am booking fast!
I am also offering 10% off of rebooked appointments to help with future scheduling conflicts!
If you have an appointment between 4/27-6/1 and rebook after, your next groom will be 10% off! 👏🏻

Unfortunately I am also needing to enforce same day cancellation, late, and no show fees. I will talk more about that in a separate post, but as you guys know I don’t get paid unless I groom!

With Parvovirus rates growing huge in Michigan right now I am only able to groom dogs who are fully up to date on all shots and vaccines. It’s for the safety of all dogs that come into my salon.

Happy holidays guys!
First thing, I would love to welcome our new bather Holly to the salon! She is just starting out one day a week, but make sure to give her a warm welcome when you meet her!
Secondly, after being open 3 full years I am getting to a position where I need to reevaluate my expenses and adjust my pricing accordingly.
This year, starting January 1st, my rates will be going up $5 a dog. All small grooming dogs will now start at $40, and will go up from there. If there is anyone who would like to talk about this change or cancel their future appointment please private message me.
I also will be enforcing a small fee for no call no shows, and same day cancellations.
I’m so thankful to have such great clientele and to have had such an incredible year! 💝🐾
