Marcia's memorial will be this Sunday at 4pm at the Exquisite Co**se Taxidermy Gallery. The neighboring St. Bernard's church has kindly extended the use of their parking lot to us so please feel free to park there as street parking is extremely limited.

With overwhelming sadness, I share the news that Marcia Field, the beloved and quirky artist behind Exquisite Co**se Taxidermy, has passed. She is deeply missed, but I don't doubt Marcia will live on through her art. If you have a few minutes, please read this Cap Times article that so beautifully captures Marcia's spirit and character. Welcoming 200 people to my brand new, beautiful gallery Friday for Madison's Gallery Night was the best Mother's Day gift ever. The planning and ex*****on began 6 months ago by family and friends to bring this delightful event to fruition. I felt well, and the many enthusiastic visitors were overwhelmingly generous with compliments. Many thanks to my extraordinary assistant, Adelaide Hurley, Guest Artist Angela Webster, and my dearest team, Max and Aaron.
