I know it's late but we want you to know we appreciate you so very much. Super long day for us - up at 3:30 to get everything ready, got to the venue at 6:45 and didn't get home again till 5:55 pm.

We wouldn't do this if you all weren't so supportive! We appreciate you so very much. See everyone October 6th!

A few weeks till the next Madison fair. Save the date!! Join us knowing that there will not be a September fair (it would fall on a holiday weekend). You'll want to pick up everything you need to last you a couple months. We miss you all!

As previously posted, the venue had already been rented out for our June date. And no July fair as it falls on holiday weekend.

I will be attending the Farmer's market and craft sale at Kauffman's Country Store at 9550 Hwy 81 west of Beloit WI. Dates are listed on the photo. If anyone needs anything bird related, let me know in advance and I'll bring it along. Can meet you there with bird food, toys, the great new gyms, anything!!

I'll be there this Saturday!

What's great about it?
*8,000 sq ft of area to attract more vendors and more shoppers.
*Nice new building
*It is attached to a NICE bar and grill (no birds in there of course)
*It's about a block off I-94 and maybe 6 blocks from I-90 - so super easy access for all travelers
*It gives vendors a chance to save a little $ by supplying their own tables
*No fairs on holiday weekends

Bird fair attendees: Thank you for your donations to Ken and Pam of S&S Bird Supply. Also thank you to Dr Savannah Lauer, who donated all of her tips for the day to the donations box. We raised a little over $200 for them.

Forgot to mention (posted our dates previously though)... No bird fairs in June or July. Our June date had already been reserved and July is a holiday weekend.

UPDATE
For those wanting to donate something at the fair for Ken and Pam's family, they said they would appreciate gift cards to Meijer, Kohl's and restaurants. They do not know what their needs will be at this time but say it looks like they will be starting over.

We will have a collection box at the entrance of the fair for anyone who would like to donate other than using GoFundMe.

Time to start planning the next bird fair!! Here's the info.

Vendor details:
Spaces are approx 10' long x 8' deep.
Space $25
Space with table $35
Tables at Oakstone are either 6' or 8' long. They only have a few so it's done in order of reservations.

To reserve a table, contact me (Kim) by responding in a message to any post on this page. Reservations are held with payment. I take CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal or you can mail a check.
