Honored to be commissioned to restore this crab originally done in 1963. The man that caught it passed away two weeks after the catch. It is a cherished heirloom for his family. The 12 oz aluminum beverage can is for size reference.

Since the Arizona Taxidermy Association hasn't been able to host a competition since the virus emerged, T&A Fish Taxidermy in Mesa took their fish mounts to Louisiana to be judged and entered in their annual taxidermy competition. We were fortunate enough to win the Louisiana State Champion with the rainbow trout and also the award for the highest scoring four pieces, the Matuska Supply Competitors Award!
