Sooooo I kinda been squatting for the last 2 days. My lease officially starts 12midnight on the 10th.

Well f**k 8pm 4 hours before my lease starts they send a cleaning lady to do a once over......

You cannot use the 0 down payment Va home loan to buy a fixer upper. They will only endorse a move in ready primary resident. It must pass the VAs inspection.
The Va does not give anybody any f**king money! They back the loan by say if he dont pay we will pay for it. Thats it.
They dont give me a house they don't buy it for me they dont even help me with fee.

The Bank or lender is the one that gives me the money! So, I have to qualify with them know the VA. Va gives me there backing automatically aslong as the house qualifies.

the lender runs my credit and does all that 650 credit score requirements. No late payents in the last year. child support up to date type s**t.
