Adopted
It is hard to believe that there has been no interest in Doug! This poor fella was dumped on a county road along with some dog food and left there to fend for himself because apparently his previous owner gave up on him. Doug was a little afraid while trying to catch him but never barked or growled. He has since come out of his shell and is really enjoying all the attention he gets at the shelter as well as a place to run! Of course, a home would be much better! Doug is possibly around 2-4 years old, very friendly, loves attention, loves belly rubs and seems to be good with other dogs. He likes to go on walks, play in the yard and his tail is constantly wagging! I have never heard Doug bark but he does like to talk once in a while! Doug is up to date on vaccines, weighs about 62 lbs and is ready for a new home! If interested in checking out Doug, you can message the shelter, call (419) 523-8617 to setup an appointment or stop by the shelter on Thursdays from Noon - 1 pm and Saturdays from 9 am - 10 am. Adoption fee is only $70 which includes dog license.
