It’s Moose’s first day at the salon! First grooming ever!😍🥰 we want to make the best experience and great memory for him. One of the most important things also is to use good quality shampoo. Mrs Kim has a PhD in shampoo and conditioner for dogs 🐶 and she hand picks the right one for each client depending on their type of breed and fur. Sensitive skin, dematting, whitening, dry skin, deshedding, etc it is amazing! Be weary of places that use cheap products and have high volume of clients, or mobile trucks that have limited water.

What makes us different from other groomers? We make sure your pup has a good experience by having one on one time with our groomer, followed by a walk and photo shoot (if the pup wants to). They are usually in and out so they are not stressed waiting for long hours in a crate 😊 we also provide transportation and send photos upon request!

We had an incident where we attempted to groom a dog that was constantly trying to bite our Groomer. Unfortunately the owner was very aggressive and upset, threatening to slander our business name because we used our right to refuse service. This has never happened to us before and I am sharing this because we always do everything we can to make it a good experience for our furbabies! We are very selective who we bring into our salon in order to provide a safe environment for our dogs and employees! It's a shame that this happened! We appreciate you and just want you to be aware we work very hard to keep everyone happy ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
