SECRET SANTA DOG TOY EXCHANGE!!!! 🎄
This is super easy and so fun!!

Worst case scenario is that I’m making a dog happy by sending them a toy - what can be better than that?

I’m looking for dog owners interested in a holiday gift exchange. It doesn’t matter where you live in the U.S. - you are welcome to join! You have to buy one gift valued at least $10 and send it to your secret dog. (Hello Amazon!). Your dog will receive 6-36 gifts in return. And the great thing is you can keep them or donate them! A present will brighten their day (and the owners too). We could all use some happy mail.

This could not be more true! They are difficult but so very smart! Angel tests me everyday and everyday I have to step up and be what she needs so she can be her best dog.

Stubbornness is in their DNA, but that is what makes them great! Without that, the drive they have would be gone.

No matter what breed is chosen, they ALL need training, mental & physical stimulation, and to be understood. Those are KEY!

Being educated and knowing how to provide those things is essential when getting a new companion.

They will only learn if they are taught, and they can only be taught if the owner learns how to teach them!

Angel working on her heel! She is making great progress and I am very proud of her. She stays focused and is very responsive. 💯

TIP: If you are having a hard time getting your dog into the heel position, using a hallway to limit their range of space can help solidify exactly where you want them to be.

To say Angel is my best friend is not enough. Heelers have a nickname of "velcro dogs" and she is no exception. 🐕‍🦺

Training her has been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. 💯

Last night I was studying (ironically about other dog training techniques) and she came and "read" with me. 📖

Angel has been my inspiration for dog training. As a ACD/Blue heeler she has a ton of energy and needs a job.
