For those that know me personally, know this. 2021 was not a good year for Furry Paws Tumblers, because we lost two of our fur babies. Yes two in 1 year. My Guiness which had been with me for 12 years since the first day I moved to San An. Literally lol. My boyfriend now hubby got me Guinness for Valentines. He was a mix of husky/ blue heeler. He was such an amazing dog. So Amazing that he trained my next 2 dogs to go outside to use the rr. And here comes Peanut in October. We were just passing by a church that had an event. We stopped to look around and this little lazy poocher caught my husband's eye. He was jet black with brown Paws. No one ever believes me when I tell them this because time passed and his fur was light brown. But pooky aka peanut lol ( pooky was name from the adoption) was just a chilled puppy. So we decided that Guinness needed a buddy. And since that day they had never been without each other. Now don't get me wrong Guinness was not happy that mommy n daddy's attention was on all him, but a few months past n they loved 😍 each other.
Fast forward to September 2021, my Guinness one day just didn't roam outside or inside. That was strange to us. Monday we got a scheduled visit to see the vet until Friday. We were to concerned to let this go by Wed we went to our emergency vet clinic and found out what was wrong. Let me tell you this broke me. Till this day I still can't say this story without crying. They told us that Guinness had an enlarge heart with fluid. Nothing that they would do would help him. So we brought him home. We scheduled a home euthanized vet to come to our house but only had Sunday availability we said fine that would give us time to be with him and say goodbye. Well, we kept searching for another one because a mother would never want to see their child in that position. I cried my eyes out with no stop. We found a vet for Saturday 11 am. No I was not ready. But I would never be. I took him outside one more time before his last breath. He loved 😍 ❤ sunbathing. Once it was time to go back in, my heart sank. That was the worst day in September. October went and here comes November. I know that dogs miss their friends as they do their humans. I noticed peanut more absent and stopped eating as much as he did. I told my husband something is wrong with him. So we both just thought it was the passing of Guinness. A few days passed and I went outside with peanut and found vomit. I immediately called hubby and we made an appointment. Again they only had one for the weekend. So hubby took my Peanut to our emergency vet. That night my boy peanut didn't come home. My husband came home and broke the news. He would need to stay at the vet to be watched 24/7. He then broke the news and it wasn't good. My boy had eaten something with raisins that accelerated what was the inevitable. The vet said that it might have ruptured gallbladder or worsened it. Now everyone knows that I would do anything for my dogs. But with operations, vet pt, medications, over night observation the cost would be an amount I couldn't afford. Im talking about 20,000 dls. 10,000 just to SEE what was actually going on and add more to it off they can fix it.
The next day we picked him up and brought him back home for one more goodbye from his younger brother Bourke.
We drove and drove until it was time to put him to sleep. I laid with him in the back of my car and told him mom n dad will be OK. It was ok for him to leave. I know he wanted to go and play with Guinness. So we laid him to rest.
2 of my 3 doggos gone.
We weren't ready for a puppy. I felt guilty thinking that my boys would resent me. But after long talks to The Lord and hubby I decided I needed a puppy. So we are here to say Welcome to our new puppy 🐶 Beans! Lol

I know this post was long but it was over due. I want to thank everyone that has supported us. My boys really appreciate extra treats when someone purchased lol. Yes my dogs do get extra treats when we sell lol.
