We pride ourselves in taking the best care of all of our clients, but my heart goes to taking extra extra special care with the elderly. Here is Peter, 19 years old, taking a mid-morning nap while his sisters play in the background- (that's what the clicking sound is.)
Here is a fun post of who's who. But in all seriousness, Mog came in and we did the very important dog to dog introduction. It does not matter that he has been here before. Different dogs are here = different dynamics. Take things slowly!! We took about an hour before we brought everyone inside.
Rio and Bruce playing the backyard this evening. So much fun to watch.
Rio is feeling much better!!
Gotta work on 'sitting for pics!' :-)
....more exposure for Rio. She was more curious than scared.
Good morning from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Yesterday for some reason FB kept crashing and I couldn't post updates. We stopped in New Orleans yesterday for a few hours. Rio got lots of noise/horses/smells exposure. We stopped at Cafe Dumond and Rio, while a bit overwhelmed, behaved wonderfully!
Crossing the Potomac River
Changing the AstroTurf: all done! (mostly) Just need to add some 'markers' (guides) for the blind dogs.
Changing the Astroturf: Opus being a potted plant. ;-)
Videos of the backyard: pulling up old astroturf. It last about 3 years and then starts to rip easily.
Paloma, Bruce, Cris Young, and Roxie having sone fun at the dog park today.
Paloma is very athletic and curious! (And needs a home!)
