We are busy people with jobs, spouses, kids, and even our dogs! PAUSEing for fitness is crucial in order to live a long, happy, and healthy life! My classes don't use the "No pain, no gain" bootcamp approach, but rather FUNCTIONAL strength training. Want to tone up, lose weight, and be able to do the activities of daily living more easily? I will push you just outside of your 'comfort zone' to a level of fitness that most cannot achieve on their own. So, PAUSE your 'busyness'....... and get FIT!
