More of the pups at 4 weeks. All are spoken for.

It has been a few weeks since I posted puppy pictures. We were off judging in New Zealand while our puppy sitter cared for the pups for a week. Now we are home and the pups are 4 weeks old. They spend some time away from mom now and are weaned onto puppy food. You can see how
Eagerly they eat. Their living quarters have two sections - the soft side with blankets and pads and the hard side with newspapers. They sleep and hang
Out on the soft side and go to the other messy side to eat and eliminate. This starts the housebreaking process. Boys are red, green and navy blue ric rac. Girls are the rest! All are spoken for.

The pups are a week old tomorrow. All are doing very well and almost all have just about doubled their birth weights and now weigh over a pound. Mom is taking very good care of them and they are very content. Here they are at the milk bar!

I know some of you like to follow the show scene so I thought I would give you an update on this year’s Star! His name is Graham (GCHS Longvue Dare to Dream) and he is the #1 Airedale in the country and the #12 among all terriers. Todd and I bred and own Graham along with Elizabeth Trausch. His handler is Ernesto Lara. His dad in Archie and his mom is Lotus. Graham won BOB at Westminster and he has 5 Best in Shows this year. Here are a few pictures of Graham.

Mommy keeps a watchful eye on her pups at all times!

We had a lovely litter of seven (4F 3 M) born today at Longvue. These pups were sired by GCHS Longvue Up the Ante (Saylor) and born to Katie (Longvue Knock Out). Both parents have complete health testing and are CHIC certified. If you are on our waiting list, you can expect a phone call in the next few days.
UPDATE - there was another puppy born late in the afternoon so now there are 8.! 5 F 3 M

What a wonderful day! Graham (GCHS Longvue Dare to Dream) wins Best of Breed at Westminster Kennel
club for the second year in a row! Thanks to terrier breeder judge Ms. Pam Bruce for this exciting win. Thanks to Ernesto and his team for the excellent job they do in conditioning and handling of our boy. Looking forward to Group competition tonight.

The puppies are now 5 weeks old and are completely weaned all weigh over 5 pounds. Now they will just grow and play until they go home at 8’weeks of age. Here they are finishing up breakfast and getting ready for a nap. All are spoken for but I can refer you to other breeders if you PM me.

Our baby puppies began the weaning process today. We use a special product made by Royal Canine which makes weaning super easy. Here they are having their first meal. The girls always are the first to sample and then once they approve, the boys join in. These guys are all spoken for but I can make a referral for some Airedale pups related to these guys who are ready to come home now! PM me
