Good morning! Even with the frosty mornings our pepper plants keep chugging along inside one of our greenhouses. When the sun pops out it's like a summer day in here. Over 80° and feels great! Come out and buy up some ingredients to make Chilly today till 1pm

Long time no talk VeggieTable followers. We've been hard at work putting more sweat equity into the mix. Persistence has paid off in the form of a 100 foot commercial greenhouse donated to us. Even though as a family we've been eating Microgreens for a few years now, it still surprises me how dang fancy and delicious they make our meals. Today it's baked ham and egg quiche, potatoes, fresh picked yellow tomatoes and our salad mix microgreens. Delicious and so beautiful if I say so myself. Its a beautiful morning here at the market, and we are very exited to see the nice sunny weather. We have our weekly microgreens, green onoins, watermelon radish and our first harvest of squash, Zucchini, and pickling cucumbers! Come see us and the other vendors for a great start to your saturday!
